FAQs

Do I need a referral to set up an appointment?

Due to insurance requirements, we do require a referral in order to schedule an appointment with our providers.

Do I need to try conservative therapies before I can try a procedure?

Conservative therapies such as physical therapy and chiropractic care are often required by insurance in order to obtain authorization for any advanced imaging(MRIs, CT scans, etc) and procedures that you may need. These treatments are typically required for 6 weeks, completed within the last 3-6 months. We are always happy to see you and help choose the right treatment option for you as well as place a referral to physical therapy or chiropractic care.

Are you accepting new patients?

Yes! At this time, we are accepting new patients for all of our providers.

What insurances do you accept?

We accept most insurance plans for all of our services.

What should I expect at my new patient visit?

We know that being a new patient can be overwhelming and we do what we can to make the process as easy as possible! Expect a few questions about your pain history upon scheduling your appointment. Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out our new patient paperwork. Be sure to bring your ID and insurance card with you as well.

Do you prescribe opioids?

We are generally a non-opioid clinic. We pride ourselves on locating the source of the pain and trying to get you back to improved functional status and overall quality of life. However, we do prescribe other types of medications used to help manage pain. Please allow 24-48 hours for medication refill requests, which can be done via phone call, text, or through our patient portal.

What do I need to know prior to having a procedure?

Please feel free to read our Procedure Information sheet that will explain everything you need to know before, during, and after your procedure with us!
